Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking Med-Surg Registered Nurses (RN) for opportunities in Salina, KS. We welcome new grads to apply! As a Med-Surg RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the medical-surgical unit. This position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.
New grads and is offering a $10k sign on or $10k loan forgiveness (with an option to renew) + relocation1 yr exp = $10k sign on
2+ years exp = $15k
$32-42 per hour
Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patient's condition throughout their hospital stay
Administer medications as prescribed
Collaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and treatments
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
Valid and active RN license

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
