ROLE:
RFP Homes, a dynamic single-family Real Estate investment firm, is actively seeking an action oriented and results-driven Investment Sales Agent to join our expanding team here in Dallas Ft-Worth.
At RFP Homes, we specialize in sourcing and selling residential properties to Real Estate investors. We take pride in our transparent, customized, and customer-centric approach, giving our team a distinct advantage.
As an Investment Dispositions Agent at RFP Homes, you'll engage with new investors and facilitate the sale of properties identified by our Acquisitions team. Your training will empower you to effectively communicate opportunities and exit strategies to your clients.

Responsibilities:
Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships
Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM
Market all company properties on the agreed upon proper channels
Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods of time
Educate prospects on our sales process from an expert perspective
Allow the Sales Manger to shadow calls and give feedback
Expect to make and take calls to and from your clients between 9AM-9PM local time
Drive to and from property showings and the office daily
Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry
Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to the Sales Manger
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team’s Acquisitions Agents as you will be selling their deals and working and winning together as a team
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Texas Real Estate License (within 2 months of being hired).
Superb over-the-phone skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be great at presenting
Excellent at building rapport

Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Manager

RESULTS:
All prospects are properly moved in CRM and information is documented on client details so
A close rate of 2 homes per month is maintained after your first 60 days
A close rate at-least 30 newly “qualified” prospective home buyers per month in the CRM
Perform property analysis on the MLS to value homes using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
Weekly training with Sales Manager on a regular cadence until Manager deems Dispositions Agent self sufficient
Maintain company KPI expectations on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
There is an effective line of communication between the Dispositions and the Sales Manager in which all necessary information is communicated in a timely manner
Closer remains well versed in the latest product offerings through continued education/trainings
All internal communication cycles are properly followed
Attend networking events and meetups the local real estate investment community here in DFW
Using radical transparency amongst team member and leaders to allow for streamlined improvements for all parties within the company
