Duration: Temp - Perm

Pay Rate: £11.44ph - £14.75ph

***Must have access to own transport due to hours and location ***

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our clients close knit team in the heart of Wickford. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and timely production of their products. Responsibilities include:

Operating machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and production guidelines.
Monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
Performing quality checks on products to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
Assisting with the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of machinery.
Following standard operating procedures and production schedules.
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Shift Patterns: This will be on a rolling rota basis so you must be able to work the below hours.

Day Shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

Late Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Night Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Requirements:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.Benefits:
