Hawkes Resourcing Group require Mobile Electricians & Electrical Tester for work across the South East and London

The main duties of the role of mobile electrician include but are not limited to: - Carrying out electrical maintenance, installation, repairs and testing works at commercial and domestic premises. - Travelling to and attending callouts, projects and planned works at sites across London and the South East. - Electrical tasks include but are not limited to: o Surveying & quoting for remedial works o Repairs & maintenance o Installation works o EICRs o Emergency lighting tests o Fault finding o Inspection & testing - Conducting EICRs in accordance with relevant regulations and standards. - Identifying and rectifying any faults or deficiencies found during testing. - Preparing reports on test results including any remedials required. - Preparing remedials quotes. - Carrying out quoted remedial works. - Maintaining accurate records of testing activities. - Liaising with clients and colleagues to provide advice and guidance on electrical safety matters and testing. - Completing training and development activities as required in order to remain competent in role. - Ensuring that work is carried out to a high standard and in line with current company policies and procedures and legal requirements. - Overseeing junior engineers where necessary. - Testing and inspecting own work and others’ work. - Completing electrical certificates. - Completing paperwork in a timely manner. - Completing work orders and recording materials that are used on the job. - Maintaining a high level of H&S and writing and completing RAMS, DRAs and any other necessary H&S procedures and paperwork. - Raising any H&S concerns or potential improvements. - Liaising with contractors and end clients in a professional and polite manner, always projecting a positive image of the company. - Liaising with office staff and clearly communicating works undertaken and next steps to be taken. - Maintaining tools, PPE and equipment, including vehicles. - Maintaining high driving standards. - Any other ad hoc duties as required
