Job Title: Multi-Skilled Carpenter
Location: Bromley
Role Type: Permanent Role
We're on the lookout for a talented Multi-Skilled Carpenter / Handy person to join a leading maintenance company to maintain housing association properties throughout the area.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking carpentry repairs for both occupied and void properties. As well as undertaking other minor works such as remedial plumbing, patch plastering, and tiling.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving licence held for at least 12 months
Experience within Social housing and maintenance
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £33,500 per annum.
Company van and fuel card provided.
