We are looking for an Installation Manager to run our busy projects and installation teams.

The successful applicant will split their time between the office, and on sites across Ireland.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 20 installation engineers, with a mix of senior and junior experience levels.

  • Liaise with project managers and operations managers regarding project requirements.

  • Ensure crews have work packs issued in a logical and timely manner, ensuring materials and tools are readily available to conduct the works.

  • Conduct site visits to ensure work is carried out on time, and meets quality standards.

  • Be responsible for team safety, workwear, vehicle checks and safe practices on site.

  • Provide guidance and support to ensure that all team members work efficiently and safely.

  • Responsible for training, renewing team certs and updating company records accordingly.

  • Drive positive best practice behaviour within the operation and installation team, including recognition, knowledge sharing and an inclusive culture.

  • Act as primary customer contact onsite if required, for installations, and address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and issue RAMS for each project (risk assessments and method statements)

  • Generate reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions, reporting back to management regularly.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Install managers, Service managers, Operations managers, Site managers and similar will all be considered.

  • Previous construction, shopfitting, or technical background is advantageous.

  • A strong management background is preferred.

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings & specifications

  • Flexibility to travel & overnight as required is a must.

  • Ability to implement quality control procedures.

  • Assist in any other duties which may encompass the role.

  • A can-do attitude with attention to detail.

  • Exhibit polite and professional communication in person, on phone and email

  • Good ability to convey tasks and ensure a quality outcome.

  • Good ability to plan, anticipate and prioritise.

  • Good knowledge of construction material and processes. Trades background.

  • Leadership, influence and coaching skills with the ability to mentor and train personnel

  • Manual Handling

  • Full Driving License

  • Fluent written and spoken English
