Financial Controller

Position Overview: 
As the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Lead the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.
Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
CPA (inactive/active) certification is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a proven track record of success in financial reporting and analysis or Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
Strong technical accounting skills, with a thorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
