Job Description
Develop, implement, and communicate compelling compensation programs to enable leaders to hire, motivate and retain exceptional talent. Contribute to both the strategic vision of Total Rewards at Vuori while also creating foundational Compensation frameworks, training, and systems. Scale with the company as we continue to refine and evolve our approach.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Implement and maintain a systematic and consistent job architecture. Conduct job evaluations to determine the appropriate levels for various roles within the organization. 
Design and manage compensation structures across diverse populations (HQ, Stores, Distribution Center) to ensure internal equitability and market competitiveness. Regularly review and update salary ranges based on market trends and organizational needs. 
Lead the planning & execution of our annual compensation review process including developing projections and recommendations, implementing appropriate technology, conducting leader education sessions, and implementing changes resultant from the process. 
Develop and administer incentive and bonus programs that motivate and reward high performance. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and recommend improvements as needed. 
Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation programs and make data-driven recommendations. Prepare regular reporting on compensation trends, cost implications, and other relevant metrics. 
Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all compensation-related activities. Partner with People & Culture & Legal teams to implement necessary changes and updates. 
Communicate compensation policies, programs, and changes to employees and management. Provide training and support to stakeholders on compensation-related matters. 
Collaborate with outside vendors/consultants in order to develop, execute and maintain foundational compensation frameworks. 
Participate in Total Rewards team projects and committees as needed, perform audits, and deliver required notices and disclosures.
