IT Support

Job type: Temporary

Temporary to Permanent IT Support is required for our client at Pride Park.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in IT and who is customer-focused, you will report to the IT manager.

Duties Include:

* Being the first point of contact for IT problems

* Track IT support tickets

* Providing first-line support, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems

* Professional support to internal stakeholders including engineers

* Diagnosing hardware issues

* Preparing and ordering equipment including laptops and mobiles

* Wiping hardware

* Working with Microsoft 365

Requirements for the role:

* First or second-line IT Support

* Ability to communicate with people at all levels

* Experience in a customer focussed IT role

Salary up to 27k
