Role: HR Manager
Location: Penshurst, Kent
Hours: Part time - 3 days a week
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum DOE pro rata

They are looking for an hardworking, dynamic and organised individual to join their company during an exciting period of growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting management with recruitment selection and the onboarding of new employees
- Managing employee disputes, grievances and disciplinaries
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
- Ensuring the company remain compliant with UK employment regulations
Ideally you will have previous experience in a HR Manager role previous and be CIPD qualified.
Applicants must be able to drive due to the rural location.
