OTE c£50,000 + Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a key client account, on the Temps division building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve understanding client needs, coordinating recruitment efforts, and driving business growth.

Duties:

As primary point of contact for client.
Client needs objectives and expectations to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
End-to-end recruitment processes for key client.
With internal recruiters to ensure timely and efficient delivery of recruitment services.
Opportunities for business expansion with existing clients.
New leads through networking, referrals and proactive outreach efforts.
Weekly time sheets in preparation for payroll.
Clients for time sheet approvals and purchase orders.
On-boarding with candidates on a regular basis.Skills:

Highly organised.
Strong communication skills, experience in communicating with people in a professional setting.
IT using CRM and CMS alongside various client portals.
Min of 8-12 months recruitment experience.
Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent level of professionalism.
Eye to detail is paramount.IND1
