Warehouse Operative

£25,000 - £26,000 per annum
Pin Point Recruitment is looking for a Warehouse Operative, for a manufacturing company based in Dagenham.
As the Warehouse Operative, you would be responsible for operating a Forklift and working within the Warehouse Operations, supporting all aspects covered by the department.
Warehouse Operative Job Role
* Follow work to list as directed by area supervisor.
* Ensure all stock is accurately handled according to task specifics, report any damaged or missing stock.
* Pick, pack and process all deliveries of stock internally and externally according to area processes.
* Liaise with external and internal stakeholders on stock related matters.
* Move stock around by hand, using lifting gear or a forklift truck.
* Following of safety procedures and practices.
* General tidying and cleaning of the warehouse.
* To be able to work independently or within a team.
* To perform any other duties that may be required from time to time
Warehouse Operative Skills required:
* Counterbalance Forklift licence is essential – does not need experience
* To be able to work in a team
* Good planning & organisation skills
* Communication
* Confidence and sound customer service
