Innovate Recruitment Ltd is growing rapidly and we are in search of individuals who have Recruitment experience and are looking for a new opportunity within recruitment.
As a Recruiter your purpose will be:
* To work proactively with candidates helping them fulfil their career potential.
* Build lasting, meaningful, and consultative relationships with clients and support them to hire talented people.
Your responsibilities as a Recruiter will be to:
* To deliver outstanding service, through Innovate’s core behaviours, high quality training and team commitment.
* Keep up to date with all market knowledge and trends in your market
* Actively engage in lead generation during calls with candidates and use to develop new business.
* To identify, open and develop new and existing client opportunities in a pro-active sales environment.
* To be a key player in helping to increasing Innovate’s penetration into the marketplace
* To exceed agreed sales targets and objectives.
* Identify and approach suitable candidates in and out of work with career opportunities.
* Using sales, business development, marketing techniques, social media and networking to attract and build new client relationships.
* Research and develop a deep understanding of companies and the sectors they operate in.
* Constantly develop your knowledge & skills.
* Utilise to full affect Innovates candidate databases.
* Support candidates with CV, interview preparation and offer stage.
* Organise and manage the interview and contract offer process for clients and candidates.
* To understand and remain up to date with relevant recruitment policies, laws and regulations
Your experience as a Recruiter:
* 18+ months experience of working within a fast-paced and demanding agency recruitment environment.
* A strong and proven track record in sales.
* Experience of delivering outstanding customer service.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Resilient, dynamic and highly proficient at multitasking.
