Location: Covering sites in Central London

Salary:

With Travelcard: £36,377 to £37,437 per annum

Without Travelcard: £39,747 to £40,806 per annum

Benefits: Travelcard provided for those opting for the package with Travelcard.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a versatile and experienced Multi-Skilled M&E Engineer to join our team, operating across a range of commercial office and retail sites in Central London. As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance schedules (PPMS) and reactive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct maintenance and repair work on various mechanical and electrical systems including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, boilers, etc.

Execute scheduled maintenance tasks as per PPMS schedules to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.

Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Undertake inspections, troubleshoot faults, and carry out repairs as necessary to maintain optimal functioning of building services.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work completed, parts used, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled M&E Engineer, ideally in a similar commercial setting.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with a variety of mechanical and electrical systems such as AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and boilers.

Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites in Central London
