This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager with aspirations to become Sales Director level in the near future, to lead and motivate a B2B inside sales team while helping shape the future of the business

You will have a strong B2B sales management background, ideally mostly focussed on nurturing telesales teams, and a desire to spread your wings in an ambitious organisation that is well established and forward thinking

Your role will involve:

* Leading, mentoring and motivating a team of B2B inside sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets

* Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration

* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders

* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives

* Analysing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation

* Driving a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

* Proven experience in B2B inside sales leadership

* Strong track record of delivering results through effective sales strategies and team management

* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Ambitious, strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and innovation
