H&S Manager - Fit Out Specialists

Currently our client is seeking a H&S Manager who has previous experience in fit out & joinery projects. Ideally you would have also worked on fit out projects.
Ideally you would have previously worked on large construction packages over £50m in value.
This contractor have gained a very prestigious name in the construction industry (specifically in the fit out world). They have over 30 years trading history and have worked alongside some of the best developers/main contractors who regularly repeat purchase.
H&S Manager Requirements:
* Previously worked a H&S Manager
* Must have a construction background
* Must have a relevant qualification in H&S management
* Previous experience working on large fit out projects is highly desirable.
H&S key responsibilities:​
* Ensure policies & procedures are implemented
* Liaise with client H&S Manager and others in the client team
* Chair internal site H&S meetings
* Attend client H&S meetings
* Support site team on all H&S aspects
* Review safe systems of work
* Attend and advise during safe start meetings
* Conduct safety stand downs and tool box talks
* Manage day to day H&S activities on site
* Conduct workplace inspections and report findings
* Conduct investigations in to accidents or incidents and report on findings
